✨ BabesBlings Cancellation Policy ✨ At BabesBlings, I value your time and appreciate your support! Every appointment is reserved especially for you. Please understand that last-minute changes or missed appointments impact my schedule and other clients waiting for a spot. ⸻ 📅 Cancellations & Reschedules • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service charge • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service and may require a deposit for future appointments • Clients with more than two (2) last-minute cancellations or reschedules will be restricted or banned from future bookings • If a cancellation or no-show fee cannot be charged because your payment method was removed or canceled, the missed payment will be added to your next booking and must be paid in full before rebooking ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals • If you are 10+ minutes late, your appointment will be shortened or rescheduled • If rescheduled due to lateness, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and charged 50% of the service total • If you choose to keep your appointment but arrive 15+ minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your total ⸻ 💰 Deposits • Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment • Deposits do not transfer if you cancel your appointment • If you reschedule within the required timeframe, your deposit can be transferred ONCE to your new appointment date • Deposits are applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment • If you cancel late or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited and not refunded ⸻ ❤️ Emergency Situations Life happens — if you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible.
